When you complete your purchase, I need you to message me -

1. Photo(s) of the subject you wish to be painted.
2. Please include name or text you want in personalization when you order. Typed exactly as you want (all caps, lowercase, ect).
3. Any other information you want to incorporate in the painting.

1. Turnaround time is 7 business days
2. PROOFS ONLY UPON REQUEST. Please let me know if your order notes if you'd like a proof of the painting before it is shipped.

REFUNDS

Full refunds can be issued to buyers who wish to drop their order before the painting process has started.

Only partial refunds can be given once the painting process has begun.

No refunds will be given once shipped and confirmed delivered by tracking number.
